It works like a wheel because it is in the same shape and it spins when you put it on a toy car or a big toy plane it will spin when you play. It also goes on real cars and it is on a tape roll as well.
How is it useful? It is useful because it goes on a car and a tape roll and it goes on toy trucks for kids to play with to drive with and to pull tape off the roll. Pulley
How does a pulley work? It works like pulling a bucket from a well. It is a big bit of wood and a stand for each side of the pulley with a rowing handle like on a boat when you turn the handle it will pull what is tied on to the rope. How is it useful?
